Tizangara, Mozambique. After the peace agreement. A mystery. UN soldiers exploding. An investigation is begun and Massimo is appointed to solve the mystery. Joaquim will have to translate, not only the words but the facts, in order for him to understand.

João Ribeiro
João Ribeiro was born in 1962, in Mozambique. Between 1982 and 1989 Ribeiro worked for Mozambique Experimental Television and for the Nacional Cinema Institute. In 1990, he went to Cuba to study cinema in the International Cinema and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños.
In 2010 directed his first feature film, Last Flight of the Flamingo. João Ribeiro has also worked as Production Director, Executive Producer and Coproducer in Mozambique and all over the world.
Grandma Nineteen and the Soviet's Secret, adaptation of the homonymous work of Ondjaki, is his latest feature film.
